From an SCM CoE perspective, you will help customers understand their path from the old SCM world to the more advanced Business Suite, including AI, mobility, automated scheduling and networks. You will collaborate with account teams in the software evaluation process, develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and architecture, prepare implementation plans, and define outcomes that lead to customer success. You will build actionable roadmaps, support business case creation, PoC, provide architecture advice, and deliver implementation support where needed. You will act as a conduit between customer and product management/engineering to prioritise roadmaps with customer needs, run or support industry-specific roundtables and events for SCM, particularly Asset Management. Under the DSC Practice, you will engage in engagements to advise on, design, implement, and deploy solutions to enhance client functionality and performance, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will partner with the client and possibly third parties to analyse and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables with architecture in mind. You will work both individually and in a high-performance team, bringing SAP and customer success to heart. Your experience and industry knowledge will allow you to provide thought leadership on end-to-end solution design, implementation challenges, or deployment options.
