- Responsible for leading and developing information services and innovative teaching programs.

- Lead the ongoing development and review of Library programs, policies and practices

- Have tertiary qualifications as a Teacher Librarian, with a Masters level qualification in Education highly desirable.
- Maintain a valid Working with Children Check
- Be experienced in management and leadership of libraries and library systems
- Have demonstrated experience and an excellent understanding of Library practices and processes.
- Have strong administrative, IT and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Have a solid understanding of current educational practice as it relates to student learning
- Be skilled in classroom management and administration
