Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide remote or on-site after-sales technical support services to customers through various channels. Your goal is to resolve product installation and usage issues for overseas customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of power electronics, electrical engineering, and automation-related fields. A bachelor's degree in a relevant major is preferred, along with experience in the power industry's after-sales service.
You will be responsible for guiding and supporting installers and end-users during the installation, monitoring, and operation/maintenance of home PV power plants. Delivering customer training on product usage and after-sales processes is also a key aspect of this role.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong execution of targets. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field service are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote or on-site after-sales technical support via email, telephone, and instant messaging software.
* Offer on-site service at the customer site when necessary.
* Guide installers and end-users on the installation, monitoring, and operation/maintenance of home PV power plants.
* Deliver customer training on product usage and after-sales processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in power electronics, electrical engineering, or automation-related fields.
* Experience in power industry after-sales service is preferred.
* Proficient computer and office software operation abilities.
* Proactive, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills and strong execution of targets.
* Proficient and fluent in English.
* Valid driving qualification and willing to travel for field service.
