As a key member of our team, you will oversee a group of hydraulic hose technicians, build relationships with customers, and provide assistance with counter sales when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of hydraulic hose technicians to optimize fleet productivity and resource utilization.
* Manage scheduling issues and escalations effectively.
* Quote and invoice jobs accurately.
* Coordinate inventory and shipping to meet set targets.
* Ensure the accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Good knowledge of hydraulic hose and fitting manufacture, repair, and maintenance (preferred).
* Proficiency in computer software and ability to use various programs (Pronto advantageous).
* Previous experience in administration or customer service skills (advantageous).
* Proven experience in managing a small team (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Well-developed time management skills.
