Our client URGENTLY requires a Change & Communication Analyst for a 12 months + Contract in Darwin.
The Change & Communication Analyst will be reporting to the Organisational Change Lead, this role combines change analysis with a strong communications focus ensuring stakeholders not only understand what is changing, but what it means for them and what they need to do. You will work across program and business teams, translates complex change into clear, engaging and audience-focused communications that drive understanding and action.
Skills and Experience required includes:
* Experience in a Change and Communications Analyst or similar role (2+ years)
* Ability to apply change management principles, tools, and methodologies (Prosci).
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with experience in design and content creation such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe tools.
* Proven experience supporting change in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within large-scale digital transformation programs, developing and delivering communication strategies and materials across multiple channels.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
