Established in 2020, Lug+Carrie is on a mission to transform urban mobility by providing sustainable and efficient eBike transport solutions. We offer flexible eBike subscriptions, as well as new and ex-fleet eBike sales. Our teams in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney are dedicated to helping communities make a "Good Move" on an eBike, reshaping the future of city commuting.

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about sales, customer service, and sustainable transport? We're seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Communications Specialist to join our growing team in Brisbane. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional sales and service experiences to get more people enjoying the benefits of eBikes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales & Product Expertise: Drive eBike sales by deeply understanding our product offerings and staying informed about industry trends. Effectively communicate the benefits of Lug+Carrie eBikes and financial products to customers.
* Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in-store for test rides and eBike handovers. Provide impeccable customer service in the shop, over the phone, at-home appointments, and at events, addressing customer needs and concerns.
* Operational Support: Assist with accessorising and setting up eBikes. Help coordinate customer service experiences, including booking, scheduling, and supporting in-store and mobile service events. Maintain and improve the sales floor, office, and storage areas.
* Community Outreach: Conduct road appointments in our company van for subscription services and handovers. Occasionally attend community events to raise awareness of Lug+Carrie and eBikes as a viable car alternative.

What You Bring:

* Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (meeting sales targets is a plus).
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach to customers.
* Organisation: Ability to effectively manage and organise work systematically and timely, with a knack for efficient and thorough administrative tasks (Salesforce experience is a plus).
* Team Player: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Licence: A current, full Australian driver's licence.
* Availability: Available to work Tuesday - Saturday.
* Passion: Enthusiasm for eBikes, active transport, and urban mobility.
