Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management with Key Customers Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Upsell Products and Features of In-Vehicle Technology Identify opportunities to enhance customer fleets with additional features and upgrades. Present value propositions and manage the upsell process.
* Provide Client-Level Reporting and Insights Deliver regular performance reports and analytics to customers. Offer actionable insights and recommend resolutions for operational challenges.
* Manage Technical Support Relationships Coordinate internal resources for escalations and complex technical issues. Ensure timely resolution and clear communication with customers.
* Manage Customer Meetings (On-Site and In-Person) Conduct regular review meetings to discuss performance, opportunities, and challenges. Present solutions and strategic recommendations.
* Attend Industry Events as Subject Matter Expert (SME) Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Share expertise on telematics and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Strong Administration Skills.
* Knowledge of telematics and in-vehicle technology solutions.
* Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
* Comfortable presenting to clients and speaking at industry events.
