Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for a full-time position in Australia, Sydney only!

About The Role
* The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with target prospects and current enterprise customers and growing accounts assigned to their region/portfolio by promoting and selling Svitla Systems’ service offerings.
* This position requires independent judgment to perform the responsibilities described herein and requires some travel.
* RSMs of Sales are vital members of the dynamic sales group here at Svitla Systems, whose foundation is anchored on hard work, teamwork, integrity, accountability, and enthusiasm.
* The Regional Sales Manager is an active selling role who manages a Regional Sales Team.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership with at least 3 staff members.
* 7-10 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 years of business development.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology company, preferably in outstaffing.
* Understanding in developing and executing a territory strategic plan to grow the territory.
* Experience with the technology industry.
* Network of at least 20 CIOs, with the ability to get a meeting with 50% of them ASAP.
* Resilient and driven individual.
* Client-focused, spending more time engaging with clients than in the office.
* Strong commitment to understanding and supporting client needs.
* The ability to act with integrity — the word is a promise, and you should follow through consistently.
* The ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and sales values.
* Have the potential to grow into a sales leadership role in the ANZ region.
* Experience in solution selling beyond outstaffing.
* Experience with Build-Transfer-Operate models.
* Familiarity with selling cloud and data services.
Nice to have
* Experience within GSI or a consulting services firm.
Responsibilities
* Business Development / Client Acquisition:
* Identify and source new Clients to Svitla through own harvesting activities.
* Work closely with a dedicated team of Business Development Managers (offshore) who will partner with you in assisting in research, CRM build/management, cold calling, appointment setting, and active campaigning
* Work cohesively with Engagement Managers and Technical experts to prepare for pitches and presentations.
* Act as a conduit between hunters, recruiters, project managers, and clients.
* Work cohesively with all other departments to ensure the resources and information are accurate for the pitch.
* Account Management:
* Manage, with your team, to create, build, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
* Identify and share market insights in Technology with the Sales team and Clients, demonstrating leadership in Technology and application to the Client’s business ROI.
* Ensure each existing Client has an Account Plan developed to grow loyalty and share of wallet.
* Nurture the existing client base for up-sell opportunities and increase revenue.
* Meet with private and public sector clientele at all levels, including C-suite executives and Department Heads.
* Pipeline Management:
* Review and lead the development of the Sales Plan to win each qualified opportunity.
* Prospect, target, and build prospective clients that fit the assigned market profile for Svitla services.
* Update, maintain, qualify, and forecast an expansive pipeline of prospects in Hubspot (CRM).
* Proactively identify and attend events and trade shows to form a strong network connection and stay current on trends.
* Proactively identify and join community associations to form a strong network connection and stay current on trends.
* Sales Management:
* Establish and execute the Territory Sales Plan to achieve the Revenue Target, including quota management of the Sales team.
* Establish, motivate, and develop a high-performing Sales team within the Region.
* Provide detailed reporting on the performance of the Territory to the EVP and CEO.
* Coordinate regular learning sessions with the Sales team to grow their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
* Quality review all bids and ensure approvals are obtained prior to Client submission.
* Partner Management:
* Develop and execute joint sales strategies with primary ecosystem partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all current Partners.
* Ensure all leads are registered with Partners to maximise engagement and commission outcomes.
* Work with the Marketing Manager to secure Partner MDF for events and joint marketing efforts.
