* Grow the business through proactive and reactive business development and sales activities.
* Manage existing accounts and provide responsive and tailored service and support to customers.
* Analyse market trends to provide actionable leads and undertake associated follow-up.
* Support the completion of annual sales plans and complete associated reporting.
* Provide informal mentoring and support to the depot team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Significant prior experience in a business development manager role within the wholesale petroleum industry or a closely tied industry.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to develop and deliver client-tailored product solutions.
* Proactive and driven approach with excellent planning and organizing skills.
* Familiarity with HubSpot and MS Office products may be advantageous.
