The Role
Successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Provision of excellent customer service
* Maintaining an adequate level of product knowledge
* Confidently recommending over the counter products and pharmacy services
* Assisting with stock ordering, replenishment, and ticketing
* Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
* Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in/out
* Maintaining a professional and presentable appearance of the pharmacy
Key requirements
* Prior experience in retail pharmacy is essential
* Up to date S2 and S3 trained individuals will be highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Outstanding customer service skills and passion for exceeding customer expectations
* Eye for detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
