About the Position
This role involves delivering engaging learning experiences through Project Based Learning and effective classroom management, tailored to individual student needs, in a collaborative school environment.
* Develop Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) to meet behavioural and educational needs, monitoring progress regularly with key stakeholders.
* Build strong professional relationships with students, demonstrating positive role modelling, guiding behaviour, and supporting wellbeing and academic achievement.
* Manage student behaviour effectively, using proactive strategies in classrooms and during supervision to maintain safety and positive engagement, ensuring a safe learning environment for all.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and external professionals, to support student outcomes and achievement.
