Office Manager – REAL Specialists
Location: Tweed Heads South, NSWHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm, with reasonable overtime)
REAL Specialists is a leading property management and sales business, and we're on the hunt for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. Based in our Tweed Heads South office, this role is central to ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a supportive workplace culture.
What you'll do
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment.
* Manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
* Provide administrative support to senior management and the wider team.
* Organise and manage office calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
* Set rosters for casual inspection officers and coordinate their daily runs.
* Maintain office policies and procedures, supporting a productive and positive environment.
* Be the go-to person for staff queries and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
What you'll bring
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related role.
* Confidence in working with senior management, staff, clients, and vendors.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems and keep things moving.
* At least 1 year of experience as an office manager with a formal qualification to support your experience of no less than a Diploma.
