Job Description

Key Requirements
* High‐school education or equivalent, plus 6–12 months of IT or customer‐service experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Prior customer‐facing experience (remote or in‐person)
* Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with computer technology
* Proficiency with common applications (e.g., Microsoft Office; Remote Helpdesk Tools, ServiceNow or other ticketing systems, ASD or call‐centre phone systems)
* Demonstrated problem‐solving ability and accuracy in data entry
* Fluency in English, written and spoken
* Experience in phone‐based remote support, e‐support, or live‐chat environments
* Desirable: Knowledge of call routing and ticketing systems
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
* Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
* Assist with password resets, account access, and user setup
* Log, track, and update support tickets in the helpdesk system
* Provide clear instructions and guidance to users
* Escalate unresolved or complex issues to other support teams
* Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to follow standard operating procedures
* Customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
Typical Requirements
* Entry‐level IT certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) is a plus
* Prior experience in customer service or IT support preferred
