**THE POSITION**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality food and beverage services across various locations and ensure smooth information flow between clients and Levy stakeholders.
- Assist in the execution of year-round Premium Experience food and beverage for major events, including the Australian Open.
- Elevate client experiences by maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Foster positive relationships at all levels, guiding and mentoring the team while valuing diversity and cooperation.
- Support contract compliance and work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Establish procedures, train staff, and ensure adherence to legal and safety regulations.
- Effectively lead and manage a team of up to 300 casual staff members.
**THE PERSON**
- Bachelor's degree in management or a related discipline, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in event execution and staff coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for relationship building.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
- Experience in managing food and beverage service delivery.
- Proficiency in EMS or event management software.
- Solid negotiation and mediation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
