We are seeking a skilled and friendly receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Wellbeing Place.
About the Role
This is a full-time position where you'll greet clients and visitors, maintain daily operations, and help create a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
* Coordinate appointments, calendars, and meetings to support intake and triage processes
* Collaborate with clinicians, committees, and community partners to streamline referrals and service delivery
* Support the team with accreditation, compliance, and reporting requirements
* Record and organize data to support quality improvement and evaluation
* Coordinate consultant documentation and insurance requirements
* Contribute to wellbeing intensives and other health promotion initiatives
* Provide administrative support including filing, finance assistance, and Microsoft Office tasks
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in office administration
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
* Capacity to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
* Maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality
* Willingsness to complete Mental Health First Aid training
* Proficiency with computers and confidence using scheduling and administrative software
* Holds a valid driver's license and NSW Working with Children Check
