About The Role
We're offering permanent and casual opportunities, making this a great fit whether you're building experience in the education space or bringing established skills to a dynamic team. You'll play a key role in supporting children before and after school through fun, engaging, and enriching experiences.
Permanent Part-Time $28–$37/hr + Super + Allowances | Casual up to $45/hr
Hours of Work
* Morning Care: 6:00 am – 8:45 am
* Afternoon Care: 3:15 pm – 6:15 pm
Split shifts provide flexibility and balance – ideal for those juggling study, family commitments, or other interests.

Job Description
Your Role as an Educator
* Create Safe and Inspiring Spaces: Design environments where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
* Plan Engaging Experiences: Lead hands‐on, fun, and creative activities that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
* Build Strong Connections: Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
* Champion Wellbeing and Growth: Support each child's social, emotional, and developmental needs while promoting overall wellbeing.
* Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with your team to co‐create programs that reflect children's interests, ideas, and voices.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for working with children
* A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
* Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
