Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls in a call centre environment, resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
* Conduct outbound calls to investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
* Handle high volume calls with a focus on quick and effective resolution.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service and/or high-volume call centre settings.
* Experience with effectively managing high-pressure situations and handling complaints with professionalism.
* Ability to maintain strong time management skills.
* Take ownership of issues while ensuring they are communicated and resolved efficiently.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
