Job Description
As a key member of our team
* Provide operational support across multiple areas, including workshop scheduling, repair order management, and accounts administration.
* Assist in coordinating parts for service jobs, reviewing open RO's, and monitoring work in progress.
* Manage warranty claims to ensure timely submissions and liaise with technicians regarding training.
* Process debtor and creditor invoices, manage overdue accounts, and support branch functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Workshop Scheduling: assist with job scheduling, coordinate parts for service jobs, align CRM and sales log information for deliveries, and liaise with technicians.
* Repair Order (RO) Management: manage technician times and input, review open RO's, prepare and close off RO's, and monitor work in progress.
* Warranty Claims: manage warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
* Accounts Administration: process debtor and creditor invoices, manage overdue accounts, and support branch functions.
Requirements
Qualifications
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or accounts (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, scheduling, or accounts within agricultural, automotive, or heavy machinery industries
* Proficiency with computer systems (CRM, invoicing, Office & OEM systems)
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted right to work in Australia
