We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals on the Sunshine Coast. As a Christmas Casual, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers to assist them with their purchases, providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
* Deliver in-store customer service duties in line with standard procedures, including assisting customers on the shop floor, answering phone calls, and fulfilling online orders.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
