Employment Type: Full Time - 38 hours per week 
Pay: Up to $36.53 per hour + Superannuation + Benefits

About the role 
As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart Innisfail 
This small, 57-place centre excels in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment for our children in Toddlers (15 months to 2.5 years), Pre-Kindy (2.5 years to 4 years) and Kindergarten (3.5 years to 5 years). With diverse and experienced staff from Australia, India, the Philippines and the Torres Strait Islands, the centre values strong bonds between home and the centre, ensuring holistic child development through tailored care environments and culturally rich interactions. Requirements 
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
