Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to provide training support to the Mobile Maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all training is compliant with national, corporate, and legislative standards. This includes implementing consistent, adequate, and auditable training frameworks.
Key Accountabilities:
* Maintain appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and practices across site to ensure compliance with internal and external obligations.
* Provide support to Site Supervision personnel when required.
* Provide continuous support, guidance, and direction to personnel and contractors for all training requirements.
* Monitor quality of INX training data and provide LMS support when required.
* Conduct and review departmental training needs analysis in conjunction with site Health & Safety and training teams.
* Continually monitor and manage training requirements of all personnel to ensure skills requirements are met.
* Provide high-quality training to all personnel.
* Maintain accurate and full account of all training, inductions, and assessments conducted using the appropriate systems.
* Implement and maintain training needs and gap analysis, in conjunction with relevant supervisors and stakeholders (Training Needs Analysis).
* Support coordination of verification of competency process including High Risk Work Licences and Nationally Accredited qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE 40122
* HRWL FL & EWP tickets
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Training role
* Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
* Working knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
* Familiarity with INX database modules such as InTuition
