About the Role
This role will promote excellent customer relations at the worksite, perform necessary calculations for the total job at the well site by coordinating and directing the activities of subordinate supervisors, service operators, and operator assistants during equipment rig-up and rig-down on the location and the preparation of the equipment for performing jobs. Coordinates the clean-up, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for ensuring well control and performing well control calculations before and during job.
· Utilises real-time data under dynamic job conditions, communicating results to appropriate personnel on location. Responsible for all post job data.
· Provides behaviour-based performance coaching, mentoring, and training for subordinate Service Supervisors, Service Operators / Service Assistants.
· Works with support functions to ensure that a high level of equipment operating efficiency and readiness for the PSL is achieved. Ensures pre-job and DAS inspections are properly completed, and performs and completes preventative maintenance on all Coil Tubing/Associated equipment as needed.
· Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators during the equipment rig up and rig down on location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.
Role Requirements
· Have 4+ years Previous Experience in Coil Tubing
· Able to work a physically active hands-on role
· Able to review well bore schematics and troubleshoot equipment
· Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
· Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required
