Since opening in 2017, Blue Manna Bistro has continued to grow and establish itself as one of Western Australia's leading seafood restaurants. Our award-winning kitchen is passionate about showcasing the best local produce, with a focus on simple, high-quality food and bold Asian-inspired flavours.
In 2025, we proudly received Western Australian's Restaurant of the Year and Seafood Restaurant of the Year, and now we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and help lead the next chapter of our journey.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous ready to step up
* Passion for innovative and delicious food, with flair for Asian flavours
* Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and develop the kitchen team
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the Head Chef
* Superb attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
* Calm, composed and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
* Pride in presentation, high standards, and a positive, can-do approach
