Essential Qualifications & Skills
* Trade / construction / engineering qualification
* Proven electrical infrastructure construction experience
* Substation, switchroom and cable works
* Strong HSE systems: JHA, WRAC, PTW
* Quality systems: ITPs, NCRs, MDRs
Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead construction planning and execution
* Manage daily site supervision activities
* Coordinate interfaces across disciplines
* Drive HSE compliance and Zero Harm
* Monitor progress, reporting and productivity
