The Role
Manage and lead front-of-shop operations, (up to 10 staff) ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflows.
Supervise and train retail staff to maintain high performance and product knowledge.
Oversee merchandising, inventory control, and promotional displays.
Work closely with pharmacists and the broader team to support the delivery of health services.
Skills and experience
Proven experience in retail management, ideally within pharmacy or healthcare.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
A hands-on approach with a focus on customer experience and team development.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Salary & Benefits
