This exciting newly created role will provide a senior Corporate/Commercial SC/SA with the opportunity to step up to a salaried Partner or equity Partner role. You will have exceptional client servicing skills, high level drafting, advisory, and transactional expertise. You will utilise your BD skills to develop and strengthen the firm's Corporate/Commercial practice. The broad-based Corporate/Commercial practice will see you working on:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Corporate governance
* Business structuring – companies, trusts, partnerships
* International investment
Enjoy working with a small group of Partners who collaborate effectively to best service the legal interests of their clients. You will be provided the autonomy and support to develop the firm's Corporate/Commercial practice.
