Senior Revenue Operations Analyst – Quantium (Sydney)

Our Revenue Operations team sits at the heart of this transformation, partnering with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive operational excellence and strategic decision‑making across the business.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver comprehensive reporting on pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and commercial performance that drives strategic decision‑making across the business.
* Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance revenue operations processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains that support our high‑growth trajectory.
* Serve as the expert on our revenue technology stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, and business intelligence platforms), ensuring data integrity and optimal system configuration.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to provide analytical insights, support territory planning, and enable data‑driven commercial decisions.
* Drive key revenue operations projects from conception through to implementation, including system integrations, process redesigns, and capability building.
Qualifications
* Revenue operations expertise: 4–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial analytics, with demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and business outcomes.
* CRM mastery: Deep technical proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and business intelligence tools, with hands‑on experience in system administration, data management, and reporting.
* Analytical prowess: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that influence commercial strategy and decision‑making.
* Process mindset: Experience designing, documenting, and optimising business processes, with a track record of implementing changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
