Job Title: Site Supervisor
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing insurance repair projects across Brisbane. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
* Prepare comprehensive scopes, pricing estimates, and cost breakdowns to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
* Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors and internal trade teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication.
* Maintain a safe and productive work environment by supervising onsite activities and enforcing adherence to safety protocols.
* Effectively communicate with clients, insurers, and the office team to address concerns, provide updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
* A trade qualification (Carpentry preferred) and CERT 4 certification are essential for this role.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand position is necessary to demonstrate your ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

* Familiarity with relevant codes, including NCC and WHS, is also required.
