You will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring our store and the service provided reflect our brand image, while supporting the Store Manager in driving profitability and achieving sales targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service and Sales :Greet customers warmly and provide personalised assistance to meet their needs, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.Stay updated with VRG GRL collections, in-store and online promotions to offer informed style advice and accurate information.Answer customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively.Drive sales through effective floor management, engaging with customers, promoting products, and closing sales efficiently.Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and maintain sales records following procedures.Handle refunds, store credits, and exchanges according to brand policies.Assist the Store Manager in monitoring sales performance.Visual Merchandising and Store PresentationAssist in maintaining attractive merchandise displays and overall store presentation.Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.Review and update merchandising displays to optimize sales in collaboration with the Store Manager.Operational Excellence :Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, stock management, and pricing.Manage inventory levels accurately.Support store promotions and displays to enhance sales.Help monitor store expenses and budgets alongside the Store Manager.Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.Team Collaboration and LeadershipWork with team members to meet store goals and foster a positive environment.Assist in training and supervising retail staff.Provide constructive feedback to team members.Promote teamwork, collaboration, and high morale.Safety and Security :Maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.Ensure safety protocols and health and safety regulations are followed.GeneralPerform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.ABOUT YOUPrevious fashion retail experience in an Assistant Management role or similar.Keen eye for style.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.ABOUT USA growing global fashion retailer started in Brisbane, Australia.A female-founded business, with over 70% female leadership.Donating a portion of profits to charity annually since inception.Ethical manufacturing and thoughtful fabric choices are central to our production.A passionate, innovative, and quality-focused team.We value individual development and growth opportunities for our team.
