Key Skills and Experience Required
* Proficient in all technical aspects of bookkeeping, including payroll, end-of-year and month processes
* Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping is required
* Advanced XERO skills (Certificates are highly desirable)
* High-level MYOB and QBO skills (Certificates are highly desirable)
* Ability to manage and reconcile financial transactions
* Capability to assist clients with one-on-one training and support for XERO, MYOB, and QBO
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
