About the Role
Accenture is expanding our Asset Management Advisory capability across Australia and New Zealand, and we're seeking a senior leader to shape, grow, and deliver our portfolio of work. This is a pivotal role for an experienced Asset Management professional who blends deep technical expertise with commercial acumen and a passion for client impact.
As the Asset Management Lead for ANZ
You will drive consulting engagements, build market presence, and help our clients transform how they manage, maintain, and optimise their critical assets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Leadership
* Lead end‐to‐end Asset Management consulting engagements across diverse industries (utilities, mining, energy, transport, government, etc.).
* Guide clients through the development, optimisation, and implementation of asset strategies, maintenance plans, and reliability‐based decision frameworks.
* Provide expert advisory on Work Management processes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
* Apply advanced methods such as Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and maintenance optimisation to deliver measurable outcomes.
Business Growth & Market Development
* Build and convert a strong pipeline of Asset Management opportunities across ANZ.
* Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and commercial models.
* Strengthen Accenture's presence in the Asset Management ecosystem by cultivating executive‐level client relationships.
Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
* Represent Accenture at conferences, industry forums, and client events.
* Publish thought leadership on emerging trends in Asset Management, reliability engineering, digital operations, and Industry X.
* Collaborate with global Accenture teams to bring leading practices and innovation to the ANZ market.
What You Bring
* Deep expertise in Asset Management frameworks (ISO 55000, reliability engineering, maintenance optimisation).
* Proven experience developing asset strategies and building/optimising maintenance plans.
* Strong capability in RBD modelling, RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Demonstrated success leading consulting engagements or large‐scale asset‐related transformation programs.
* Strong understanding of Work Management processes (planning, scheduling, execution, close‐out, and performance).
* Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
* Commercial acumen with a track record of pipeline development and sales conversion.
