Companion Care Professional Role
As a Companion Care Professional, you will provide personalized support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and enhancing their overall well-being.
* You will spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, engaging with clients one-on-one within their homes, assisting with daily tasks and activities.
* In-home care services include personal assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, household chores, laundry, and ironing.
* You will deliver care in accordance with individualized Care Plans, ensuring tailored support for each client's unique needs.
* Support community-based recreational and social activities, helping clients engage with their communities and maintain social connections.
* Provide transportation and assist with shopping and appointments, enhancing clients' autonomy and quality of life.
