Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our construction team and play a key role in delivering high-quality site works. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is committed to safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Directly supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of site works.
* Organise and schedule day-to-day activities on site.
* Plan, program, and manage bookings to meet overall project timelines.
* Monitor and manage quality outputs to ensure minimum standards are achieved.
* Foster a strong Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
* Previous construction experience; leading hand roles highly desirable.
* Demonstrated decisiveness on business issues, displaying timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
* Knowledge of DIT specifications is advantageous.
* Experience working with construction contractors is valuable.
* Unrestricted driver's licence.
* Construction tickets (roller, skid steer, excavator, EWP) are not essential but will be viewed favourably.
* Strong computer literacy.
