About the role
As an Earthworks Supervisor at DB Civil, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of critical infrastructure projects across Perth. You must be dedicated have an eye for detail and looking for a long term position at a company who values their people. You will plan and manage day to day operations of all machines and personnel on site.
What you'll be doing
* Directing and supervising the day-to-day operations of earthworks crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment and materials, to optimise productivity and meet project timelines
* Monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations
* Identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.
* Assist in developing culture and team work within the business and upskilling others.
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress, productivity and safety metrics
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience as an Earthworks Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of earthworks operations, including excavation, backfilling, compaction and drainage
* Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and work plans
* Commitment to prioritising workplace health and safety
* Must have Construction White Card
* Must have Drivers Licence

* Experienced operator is a must
