About the role
We are looking for an engaged and inspiring Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Adelaide Harbour Town Outlet team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You'll assist customers in finding their perfect pieces while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment. With a focus on sales and inventory management, you'll manage high-volume stock, ensuring products are well‐organised and readily available. Your attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction will help elevate the brand and drive success in every interaction.
This role is a permanent part‐time position offering approximately 20‐30 hours per week – you will need both weekday and weekend availability and you must be available to work Thursday late‐night trade.
