The Role
We're seeking a dedicated Onsite Caretaker /Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This unique opportunity is ideal for a person will focus on grounds maintenance, with cleaning and reception/ administration duties also required. The all-rounder role will ensure the property is maintained to high standards with close to 80 sites within the property.
Responsibilities
Grounds Maintenance:
* Perform general maintenance, including landscaping, gardening, and basic repairs.
* Ensure amenities, facilities, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and inviting.
* Manage waste disposal, monitor utilities, and maintain the overall appearance of the property.
* Assist with compliance and safety standards.
Reception & Cleaning:
* Provide exceptional resident service, including handling inquiries and solving onsite problems.
* Manage the properties site information system.
* Perform cleaning tasks, including cleaning bathrooms and shared facilities.
* Handle basic administrative duties, such as payments and reporting.
On-Call Responsibilities:
* Respond to after-hours resident needs and emergencies as required.
* Ensure smooth operations during evenings and as required.
What We're Looking For
* A motivated and resourceful professional with a knack for operations management.
* Relevant experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning and administration is highly regarded.
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on-call and flexible if there is a property emergency.
* Basic computer literacy for managing communication and correspondence.
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and First Aid training.
