The Role
AsSenior Recruitment Team Consultant, you'll oversee daily operations and have a range of key responsibilities:
Leadership & People Development : Manage a team of Recruitment Consultants by leading, coaching, and supporting them so they can excel in their roles.
Client Management : Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Operational Excellence : Make sure our services meet the highest standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Business Development : Promote growth in both temporary and permanent recruitment by developing and managing client accounts.
Team Growth : Hire, onboard, and nurture new consultants to align with our company's goals and vision.
Culture Champion : Promote a dynamic, positive team atmosphere that values teamwork and enjoyment at work.
