Strata Auditor Career
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strata Auditor to join our team. As a Strata Auditor, you will play a crucial role in helping our organisation achieve its mission of providing exceptional services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have recently graduated or be nearing completion of their Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field. Experience working in a Chartered Accounting Practice is desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client work is completed efficiently and effectively.
* Learn and apply audit techniques, sampling methods, and risk assessments under guidance.
* Analyse financial statements for accuracy and compliance with strata legislation.
* Gather knowledge of strata regulations and Owners Corporations' budget and fund management.
* Communicate audit findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
* Support clients with accounting software setup and optimisation.
* Manage work in progress and prepare draft invoices.
* Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards, auditing practices, and strata legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recently graduated or undertaking final semester of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar.
* Experience working in a Chartered Accounting Practice (desirable).
* Familiarity with audit tools or accounting software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
