The Role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer with solid accounting knowledge and solid issue resolution skills who likes improving processes/outcomes and coaching people.
As the Accounts Officer, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and work across various areas in Finance.
In Accounts Receivable, you will be;
- Direct responsible for monitoring the quality of the day to day process
- Coaching and supporting AR team (2 staff) where and when required
- Perform the AR month-end-actrivities
In Accounts Payable, you will;
- Assist in resolving Accounts Payable issues
- Support the team when staff are absent
- Look after the management of credit card expenses (using Concur)
- Maintain our Fixed Asset register and process the Fixed Asset journals
Over time there will be opportunites to take on further tasks.
