ATPI Australia - \"Most Outstanding Global Travel Management Company\" at NTIA 2024 and 2025 Role Description
You will be responsible for:
* Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities in the small, mid-sized and large corporate markets in the verticals of corporate, marine & energy, mining & corporate events
* Leveraging the company's established reputation to solidify and expand market share
* Managing key client relationships from introduction, the sales cycle, through to implementation
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and effective pipeline management.
* Preparation of tailored presentations and written proposals as required, highlighting ATPI's value proposition and expertise.
* Supporting new multinational opportunities originating from our international offices
* Ensuring that the CRM is kept up to date in accordance with agreed guidelines and reflects all sales activities undertaken and planned.
* Effectively demonstrating the company's operating and analytical tools at the client level.
* Conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Core Competencies and experience
* Demonstrated experience and success in a business development role within the corporate travel management
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Drive and determination with the ability to self-manage and prioritise
* Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel Skills and experience using a CRM system
* Technically astute
