About the role

UGL are currently seeking a suitably qualified Maintenance Planner to join our team supporting operations on a well-established LNG plant in Darwin, NT. You will utilise your expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and fabrication trades, along with your proficiency in a CMMS (SAP), to maintain the technical integrity and production of our plant.


Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems.
* Utilise Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders and maintenance tasks.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
* Use SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project to create and manage schedules and reports.
* Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.
* Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and execution of maintenance plans.
* Focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget adherence in all planning and scheduling activities.


Qualifications

* Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification.
* Proficient in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Experience with SAP (preferred), Prometheus (preferred), Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.
* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
* Strong focus on safety, production, technical integrity, and budget.
* 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry.
