What You'll Be Doing
* Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation
* Inspect products for quality and consistency
* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
* Record production data and report any issues
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or food production (preferred but not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
* Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
* Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
