Lead Airport Supervisor Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced airport leader to oversee and supervise a team during operational shifts. The successful candidate will ensure smooth and efficient airport operations, adhering to safety and security standards.
This is a permanent full-time role in Brisbane Airport, responsible for managing and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing both Cathay and Ground Handling Agent teams to ensure effective briefings and building a motivated, positive team.
* Ensuring teams have the necessary product knowledge, skills, and training to provide high-quality experiences for customers across all touch points.
* Rigorously executing corporate safety, security, and quality policies to maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
* Promoting a culture of zero tolerance on safety and security incidents.
* Driving improvement in operational performance, effectiveness, and productivity.
* Preventing and managing flight disruptions and irregularities.
Requirements for this role include at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in airlines or airport services. Strong decision-making skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
