The successful applicant will be an instructional leader who builds strong, respectful and productive relationships with all members of the school community. The key responsibilities of this position include:Provide high level of administrative support within the team and across the school with particular focus on record keeping and excursionsProvide administrative assistance for excursion - this includes creating drafts of all excursion paperwork for teaching staff as part of workload reduction measures and proofing notes when required in a timely mannerEntering excursion data in Sentral, processing and collating returned excursion notes. Management and archiving excursion files both electronic and physical, ordering and transferring of excursion files and keeping records up to dateProvide general supervision and training of office staff to ensure the smooth running of the College Front Office, knowledge of administrative practices and procedures and/or office managementProvide first aid as required, maintain sickbay supplies and ensure medication is managed and monitored appropriatelyMonitor, order and replenish consumables, equipment and resources.Provide general administrative support to staff, students, parents and carersEligibility/Other RequirementsMandatory: Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
