Qualifications
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent approval by ACECQA
Current Western Australia Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
Active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA); limited registration support for eligible students
Prior inclusive practice experience and genuine passion for the Early Years Sector
Responsibilities
Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development through purposeful, energetic teaching practices. Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Mentor and inspire peers, collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, and achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
