**About the Role**:
Our Toowoomba Branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter! Join our dynamic team, with the chance to learn about all things John Deere. This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership.
**What will you do?**
- Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.
- Prepare and order parts
- Present exceptional merchandising standards
- Perform inventory control / stock take
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment will be highly regarded.
- Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
- Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation software.
- Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential_
**Saturday Roster**: We continue to support our customers on Saturdays and after hours. You will be included in an after-hours roster once appropriate experience is gained.
