Job Title: Export Assistant
The role of an export assistant is a pivotal position in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from one country to another.
Key Responsibilities
* Export Operations:
o Coordinating with third-party logistics providers to arrange transportation and cargo bookings.
o Preparing export documents as required, including commercial invoices and bills of lading.
* Bookkeeping:
o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, including knowledge of MYOB XERO accounting software.
o Preparation and lodgment of BAS statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end reconciliations.
* Admin:
o Receiving and distributing incoming correspondence, and preparing outgoing correspondence as required.
o Document control, filing, report preparation, and document production.
The successful candidate will possess excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow routine processes.
Familiarity with Japanese or Mandarin language would be an asset.
