Dental Assistant – Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available

Southern Highlands Dental is looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team in Moss Vale. We currently have both part-time and full-time positions available.
We are seeking someone who is professional, reliable, and has a warm chairside manner, with experience assisting in a busy dental environment, including surgical procedures and four-handed dentistry.
About the role
You will work closely with the dentist to provide excellent patient care and support the smooth running of our clinical sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
* Assisting with surgical and implant procedures
* Preparing treatment rooms before and after appointments
* Sterilisation and infection control
* Maintaining clinical stock and equipment
* Supporting patients with a calm, caring, and professional manner
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a dental assistant
* Experience in surgical dentistry preferred
* Good understanding of four-handed dentistry
* Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
* Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team
* Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation protocols
* Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is an advantage
