Business/commercial agreements, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, franchising, capital raisings, Corporations Act advice, partnerships/joint ventures, consumer law/trade practices, insolvency, tax, trusts, financial services.

Who you are

* Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with min 4+ years post qualification experience [up to Senior Associate level] in corporate/commercial law.
* Have strong legal research, drafting, negotiation+ client management skills.
