We're hiring a Regional Home Care Recruiter to be based in Armidale, Port Macquarie or Tamworth. The role is responsible for hiring our support workers within our Homecare Division.

If you're highly organised, adaptable, and detail-obsessed, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Your new role:

In this role you'll be recruiting support workers across the Mid North Coat and New England areas and largely be:

* Providing administrative support and candidate screening
* Ensuring compliance and credentialing is complete and accurate

* Supporting internal business teams during staff absences or busy periods

Let's talk about you

As a Regional Recruitment Consultant, you'll bring either administration or resourcing experience, along with great multitasking skills and a focus on delivering results.

You'll need to be confident working with systems and databases, have good attention to detail.

If you enjoy a good chat and making connections, this role's all about building relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues throughout the day.

As a growing company our team are looking for someone who is adaptable and proactive - you'll need to be comfortable learning new processes and supporting different teams when needed.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of the business, develop a broad skill set, and make a meaningful impact across our Homecare Division.
